Crowns

Two months ago, we became the proud owner of Galileos, the 3D imaging machine that allows better diagnosis for implants and periodontal conditions. Technology is addictive! Last week, we purchased the Cerec, the in-office crown-maker. We are thrilled with this new addition to our office.
Many dental procedures, from root canal therapy to tooth restoration, involve more than one dental appointment – one for receiving the treatment, and another for having the final crown placed. As top New York dentists, the Smile in the City team understands that New York patients are busy people and always on the go, with rarely enough time to make multiple appointments for the same dental treatment.
Our office is proud of the fact that we are able to accommodate our patients’ needs. One of our patients, Alan, has a very busy schedule so the team came in this Sunday especially for him. Our specialists began a dramatic makeover of his upper jaw. His lower jaw was completed earlier this year, and he decided to go ahead and finish his full mouth reconstruction by moving forward with all necessary treatment for the top. Under I.V. Sedation, both Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Zelig expertly transformed his smile with multiple implants and temporary crowns.
