Making An Appointment

You can request an appointment through our website. A member of our office staff will contact you within 24 hours to confirm a time that will work with your schedule.

For your convenience, we offer evening appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays, or early morning appointments throughout the week.
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Do you accept insurance?

Dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance provider. We do not accept payments directly from your insurance; however, we will gladly fill out all paperwork for you and send it directly to your insurance company so that you may get reimbursement. Insurance plans differ, but you can call your provider before the start of your treatment in order to get an estimate of what they will cover.

What payment options are available?

Our office will gladly work with you to find a payment arrangement that will work for you. We are proud to offer interest free financing through Capital One Healthcare Finance. We also offer payment plans, for fees totaling over $1,000, which can be divided throughout the time of your treatment. Pre-payment discounts are also available in the amount of 5% as a courtesy to patients who pay in full before the start of their treatment.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Debit Cards are also accepted.

What type of equipment is used in your office?

Our beautiful office is equipped with the most modern, state of the art technology and amenities including digital X-Rays, water filtration systems, coffee and refreshment bar, heated towels, and flat screen television screens in each dental suite.
